But, while I’m sure every manager wants happy employees, how many managers actually cause unhappiness among their employees?
If you have perpetually unhappy employees, don’t assume it’s just their personalities. First, figure out if it’s something you’re doing that’s causing the problem. I know it’s directed at IT, but the advice really applies to any department.
